We're putting together a BarCamp on Saturday, Feb. 3, after the Mobile Persuasion event on Friday, February 2nd. (see www.mobilepersuasion.org and especially http://mobilepersuasion.org/extra/extra.html)
The BarCamp will be on Stanford's campus and will run from about 10am to 4pm. The last hour will be an overall wrap-up.
This event is free for people registered for Mobile Persuasion. We ask other people to pay a small fee to help cover the cost of food and supplies for that day (probably $25 or less).
The Persuasive Technology Lab creates insight into how computers -- from web sites to mobile phones -- can be designed to change what people think and do. The lab is directed by Dr. BJ Fogg, who also teaches for Stanford's Computer Science Department. Part of our Lab's mission is to share insights widely.
